Our recycling equipment lineup includes the Frame & J-Box Separator, Glass Separator, and EVA Scraper. Using our proprietary Hot Knife Separation Method, the system separates the glass from the cell/EVA sheet without crushing the glass. Residual EVA on the glass surface is removed by the EVA Scraper, which utilizes our original Brush Scraping Method.
We have successfully achieved glass‑to‑glass recycling, and our recycled glass is already being used as raw material by major flat‑glass manufacturers in Japan and overseas.
