Ivy Technology Acquires of ISP Tek Services
Ivy Technology, a global provider of technology lifecycle services, announced today the acquisition of ISP Tek Services LLC, an IT asset disposition provider, from Close the Loop. The acquisition expands Ivy’s IT asset disposition capabilities, adding secure asset recovery, refurbishment, and resale services while extending the company’s operational footprint into Mexico. The addition strengthens Ivy’s ability to support enterprise and consumer technology programs with greater scale, flexibility, and execution discipline.
ISP Tek Services brings established experience across consumer returns, direct buy, and certified refurbished workflows, with long standing support for a leading global OEM. These capabilities complement Ivy’s existing lifecycle services and enhance the company’s ability to deliver consistent, well governed outcomes at end of use.
