Eljay is responsible for global business development for CNGR’s recycling operations. He joined from LG Energy Solution, where he led strategy and investment initiatives, including projects in the nickel value chain in Indonesia. Prior to that, Eljay worked at Samsung Trading & Investment, where he developed energy infrastructure projects such as LNG plants, solar and gas power plants, and offshore facilities.

Eljay holds a B.A. in Business Administration from Korea University and an M.S. in Law from Yonsei University.
