Kamila Slupek
Kamila Slupek is the Secretary-General of the International Lead and Zinc Study Group (ILZSG), the International Copper Study Group (ICSG), and the International Nickel Study Group (INSG).
She has 20 years of experience in European affairs, representing various industry sectors before EU policymakers and other stakeholders. Kamila worked for European Metals (formerly Eurometaux), acting on behalf of the non-ferrous metals sector. She also worked at APPLiA, representing the domestic appliance sector, and at CECIMO, advocating for machine tool technologies.
Kamila’s expertise includes raw materials, waste, recycling, ecodesign, life cycle assessment, and standardisation. She is familiar with the EU-funded projects execution and Environmental Management System (EMAS).
In 2003, she graduated in Environmental Protection and Management from the University of Technology in Gdansk, and in 2005, from Nicolaus Copernicus University in Torun (Poland).
