Mariusz Ryło is the Chief Executive Officer of FIXIT SA, a European provider of after-sales services for the IT and consumer electronics sectors. He has more than 30 years of professional experience in management, sales, and business development.

He joined FIXIT in 2007, initially responsible for business development. In 2019, he was appointed Chief Executive Officer. In this role, he oversees the company’s strategic direction, international expansion, and the development of after-sales solutions, including repair, refurbishment, and remanufacturing, supported by AI-driven technologies.

Mariusz Ryło has been involved in industry discussions on circular economy, repair, and sustainability. He has delivered presentations at international conferences, including the DtB Sustainability Summit 2024 and the E-Waste World Conference & Expo 2025 and IERC 2026. His areas of focus include the role of repair and refurbishment in extending product lifecycles, Carbon Intensity Certificcates and ESG reporting in line with EU standards. He also addresses the upcoming technological transformation of the repair and electronics sectors, working with clients and partners to develop business models and service processes that are prepared for automation, predictive maintenance, and digital product traceability.

He graduated from the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering at Krakow University of Technology, specializing in Applied Mechanics and Computer Mechanics.
