Pawel develops a circular economy strategy at FIXIT SA and designs new services and innovations. He ensures the proposed solutions are environmentally friendly and meet real human needs, combining systems thinking with a user-centered approach.

Paweł studied design in Poznan and Taiwan. He collaborates with the strategic design studio Change Pilots and has served as the program director of the DtB Sustainability Summit. He thrives in co-creative projects and in work that connects business with design.

Outside work, he maintains an active lifestyle - cycling, running, and practicing yoga. He is passionate about how nutrition affects human well-being and enjoys reading.
