Rikarnto is Senior Policy Manager at the International Copper Association (ICA) Europe, representing companies involved in the mining, smelting, refining, and high-quality recycling of copper. At ICA, he leads EU advocacy on circular economy, sustainable product design, and due diligence-related legislation. He serves as the focal point on circularity policy, representing the copper industry in EU discussions and international fora, including the Basel Convention.

Prior to joining ICA Europe, he led advocacy on major EU circular economy and product legislation and worked on trade and sustainability initiatives across the recycling value chain.
