Romain Duboc holds a PhD in chemical engineering and has been working for Veolia for 17 years, where he initially spearheaded business development and strategic growth within the hazardous waste sector. After several years supporting international subsidiaries in deploying battery recycling infrastructures, he now leads this activity within the Innovation Department. In this role, he coordinates the Group’s cutting-edge developments to develop and industrialize sustainable solutions for battery end-of-life management and critical metal recovery.
