Max-AI® debuts the AQC-Flex robot at the Expo, designed for metal scrap and WEEE scrap sorting. With a strong focus on meatball sorting, battery & gas cylinder sorting, manual sorting is a thing of the past. See it live in action! Powered by AI, built for 5 kg lifts, and with Max-AI® experts on-site to answer questions and explore integration opportunities.
Max-AI® Advanced detection and sorting technology is part of the Bulk Handling Systems family and has already placed many robots in the recycling industry in Europe, since 2017. Our European HQ in Amsterdam guarantees an excellent service coverage. Max-AI develops the AI in-house, the deep learning module is specifically developed for the metal and WEEE scrap market. This makes it possible to recognize meatballs, different types of batteries, gas cylinders, and many other objects with a very high accuracy and to separate them from the material flow. The Max-AI portfolio is developed in-house, which gives Max-AI customers good control over the maintenance costs of the robots. The end of arm tool that has been realized by the R&D dept within Max-AI can grab materials with various shapes, sizes and weights with high accuracy. Due to the compact design, the robots are also very suitable as a retro-fit. With the high up-time of the robots, a consistently high sorting quality is guaranteed with low costs of ownership. By using world-class ABB robots, that have already proven themselves in the market, Max-AI brings a very solid robotic solution to the market.
