Fortum Battery Recycling is the only company providing a European solution for every stage of the battery life cycle, from waste collection through pre-treatment to refining. Our closed-loop hydrometallurgical battery recycling facility in Harjavalta, Finland is the largest in Europe and was recently recognized by the European Commission as a strategic project for the implementation of the Critical Raw Materials Act (CRMA).
