ImpactPCB Ltd. startup introduces novel AI-automated modular mobile separation plants that would greatly enhance recycling capabilities of SME e-waste recycling businesses. We provide product-as-service separation plants via flexible rental business model. The revenue stream is generated from the added value in terms of additionally recovered materials and is shared between customer and service provider. The separation process we provide increases the recovery rates for the metals, polymers and decreases the footprint due to extended recovery of iron, aluminum, polymers from electronics waste (e.g. printed circuit boards), that would have otherwise be lost in the smelting process. Their recovery also contributes to extension of the metals lifespan.
