Since 2017, he has been working as an engineer at TSR Recycling GmbH & Co. KG. At the same time, he successfully completed his Master of Business Engineering at Steinbeis University. As part of his studies, he took part in study visits to the USA, Sweden and Japan. At the Rheda-Wiedenbrück site, he projected the first dismantling line of batteries from electric vehicles for TSR. Since March 2023, he has been a member of the management of BLC - The Battery Lifecycle Company, a joint venture between TSR and Rhenus Automotive. At the same time, he is doing a part-time doctorate in battery recycling at Clausthal University of Technology.
