Simon Ziegler is doctoral researcher in the field of battery recycling at the Fraunhofer Institute for Silicate Research ISC in the R&D center for Electromobility and the Graduate School of Science and Technology Würzburg. He studied functional materials at the University of Würzburg with the focus on technical materials, including a research fellowship at the Swiss Federal Laboratories for Material Science and Technology (Empa).
