Emeric Malefant, the Director of New Material Loops at Veolia, has a dual degree in engineering and business. Beginning his career in strategy consulting, he spearheaded various strategic and innovative projects for leading corporations. Transitioning to Veolia's strategy and innovation division, Emeric launched and managed an acceleration program dedicated to electric vehicle battery recycling. Currently, as head of the New Loops of Materials team, he leads efforts to identify and industrialize new business lines, particularly in metals and plastics, aiming to decrease Veolia's reliance on virgin resources.
