Sofia has been a dedicated player in the Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) sphere for over half a decade. She combines a deep understanding of climate change with project experiences, all underpinned by a master's degree in Ecology, bringing broad technical and strategic knowledge to her role at SK tes. As ESG Manager, she is integrally involved with all aspects of reporting, developing a roadmap towards a Net Zero future, refining sustainability guidelines, and ensuring SK tes' operations adhere to best environmental, social and governance practices. She perceives e-waste management at SK tes not merely as a process of safe disposal, but as a strategic resource for sustainable growth, underscoring the company's commitment to a circular economy and better planetary health.
