Dr. O’Donoghue is an award winning PhD Scientist who for the last ten years as pioneered research and new product development in a dual role capacity at the helm of both the Raw Materials Research Group at the University of Limerick and its spin out company Votechnik. Dr. O’Donoghue has over 10 patents in her name and in excess of 20 publications in prominent journals. She acts as an innovation expert for the European Commission and has been appointed to their Operational Expert Group on Raw Materials. She recently received a nomination for the prestigious Women Innovator Prize and her influence on the recycling and circular economy has been well documented. Dr. O’Donoghue has recently transitioned exclusively to Votechnik to focus solely on Votechniks international market expansion.
