Currently spearheading the European market and battery recycling business development and industrial activities, she has over 15 years of international experience in hazardous waste management and recovery, Oil & Gas and battery recycling at Veolia and Totalenergies. Shabnam has an extensive technical and scientific background as a Civil Engineer and PhD in Process Engineering and held various roles in her career as technical, performance and project manager in different fields and countries.
