Tom Huppertz is a partner and economist expert at RDC Environment. He is a graduate economist from UCL (Belgium) and is the winner of the 2016 GUTT Fund Dissertation Award for a dissertation in the field of public and financial economics. He joined RDC Environment in 2015. He combines technical, economic and social analysis skills, which he uses in particular for cost-benefit analyses, evaluation or prospective studies of public policy, state of the art, benchmarking, business plans, statistical/econometric analyses... Moreover, he is developing an internal R&D strategy to improve the integration of social and economic aspects coherently based on in a life cycle approach and monetary valuation. He has extensive knowledge in circular economy. He is an expert in cost-benefit analysis.
