Michelle James graduated from the University of Texas at Dallas with a degree in Economics & Finance. She has been in the wireless industry for over twenty years and specializes in marketing, branding, and building member communities. Since 2018, Michelle has been leading program development at CTIA and has championed member collaboration to solve some of the greatest challenges in the repair industry today. Michelle continues to drive advancements in wireless device repair standards, training programs and certification.
