Sofia has been a dedicated player in the Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) sphere for over half a decade. She combines a deep understanding of climate change with project experiences, all underpinned by a master's degree in Ecology, bringing broad technical and strategic knowledge to her role at TES. As ESG Manager, she is integrally involved with all aspects of reporting, particularly within the Task Force on Climate-related Financial Disclosures (TCFD) framework, developing and refining sustainability guidelines, and ensuring TES's operations adhere to best practices in environmental stewardship and social responsibility. She perceives e-waste management at TES not merely as a process of safe disposal, but as a strategic resource for sustainable growth, underscoring the company's commitment to a circular economy and better planetary health.
