Theresa Aigner is a Researcher at Fraunhofer IZM on sustainability in electronics. She completed a master’s degree in ‘Environmental Technology and International Affairs’ in 2022 and has gained experience in the waste management sector with a focus on plastic and WEEE. In her current role, she engages in coordination, project management and circular product design within the scope of the EU project INCREACE, thereby combining the two aspects of plastic waste and WEEE. Further topics within her scope of work include the digital product passport, life cycle analysis, WEEE recycling as well as repair initiatives.
